Head of Search for a new department that specializes in website development and online marketing. As a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager, you will need to establish and implement online marketing methodologies (both on-site and off-site), and provide regular reporting.

You will be responsible for understanding a client's business objectives, developing a custom strategy (including organic SEO, link building, social media, etc.) and then carrying out that strategy on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for delivering measurable results and quality analysis on a weekly basis.

Major Responsibilities:

-Develop search strategy (SEO and SEM) for Company’s websites
-Develop process for implementing recommendations for website optimization
-Lead and drive website optimizations, including site structure, page construction, content, keyword research, and SEO best practices
-Work collaboratively with multiple vendors, Company product lines, marketing and IT teams to implement optimizations
-Research, identify and develop linking partnerships with authoritative web sites
-Monitor search engine trends and shifts and develop strategies to address changes
-E-valuate and develop new opportunities for increasing traffic from search engines.
-Establish baselines and monitor campaigns for effectiveness and ROI
-Report results of SEO efforts and recommendations for changes to improve performance
-Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor


*3+ years in website marketing / website analytics, campaign tracking and trend analysis required/
*3+ years direct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience, knowledge of best practices in Meta optimization, internal link optimization and navigation optimization.

-Understanding in iGaming field or roulette games will be advantage
-Proven Track record of successful SEO strategy development and implementation
-Knowledge of website tracking and analytics tools
-Strong knowledge of search engine ranking strategies and algorithms.
-Experience in relationship building at high organizational levels along with managing multiple projects utilizing cross-functional teams and supporting organizational leaders required
-Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML sitemap submissions, and code structure as it relates to SEO.
