Reform is a non-party think tank whose mission is to set out a better way to deliver public services and economic prosperity. Their aim is to produce research of outstanding quality on the core issues of the economy, health, education and law and order and on the right balance between government and individual. Reform are determinedly independent and strictly non-party in our approach. For this reason, none of our research is funded by either companies or individuals. Our non-party approach is reflected in our cross-party Advisory Board. Reform is also an independent charity. We believe that there has been policy failure in relation to public services over a period of years under all governments, and we want to persuade all parties that there is a better way.

The role of the Website and Digital Marketing Executive will involve improving the company website whilst also working heavily on their digital marketing. Within that, the role will involve:

• Development of website template through the use of WordPress

• Ensure all external communication is easy to use on all devices

• Support Reform's brand management guidelines and implement across all external comms, including presentations

• Have input into report presentation and design

Design graphics and online tools that format Reform's research data in exciting outputs

• Design new ways to present Reform's research data and events (e.g. Apps and info graphics)

• Keep pace with technological change

• Search engine optimisation

• Website/social media/email/Google analytics

• Digital strategy oversight with particular focus on driving website and social media traffic

Who we're looking for

Reform are looking for someone who has a real interest in politics and has an alignment with Reforms mission. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to get involved in the political world whilst also improving and developing the Digital Marketing experience. 

The role is for an initial six month contract with an opportunity to discuss extension at five months. The role will ideally suit someone who has already spent sometime within a Digital Marketing position and is looking to make the next step in their career. Along with having experience in Digital Marketing the ideal candidate will also have experience with:

• Adobe Creative Suite 6

• WordPress and web editing tools

• HTML
Desirable
• Interest in politics and alignment with Reform's mission

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge or willingness to learn

• Video editing
