Job Summary
Responsible for customer interactions as a touch point between a customer and the company. Includes shift rotation on a 24 hour basis, including public holidays, and with flexible length of shifts.

Essential Job Functions

Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer calls, emails, chat and any other communication channel with polite and professional manner, in line with the company's public image

Ensure that Internal Control System guidelines are adhered to in order to keep the business compliant with regulations

Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resloved in a timely manner
Promote good team spirit and actively seek room for improvement personally and within the team
Ensure that personal Key Performance Indicators set by the supervisor are met
Take responsibility of additional tasks appointed by the supervisor, whether

scheduled or ad-hoc ie. Chat Moderator duty
Assist payments and fraud department with customer transactions and detecting fraudulent customer activity and in compliance with Anti Money

Laundering regulations
Maintain a sound knowledge of all products and services offered by the company and understand their use and functionality

Othe Duties and Responsibilities

Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level
Keep up to date on running campaigns, provided training material and on the online gaming industry in general
Promote proper code of conduct and maintain a positive atmosphere during work hours
Assist the supervisor in training and provide support to fellow operators


Secondary level required (A-Level equivalent)
College degree considered a plus

Work Experience/Certifications/Licenses

Experience in online/ecommerce or Customer Service environment
Chat moderation experience preferable


Excellent computer literacy
Effective communicator
Professional English skills with neutral or native accent (Proficiency in Franch, Italian or Spanish considered a plus)
Insight into sports betting, and player needs, an advantage
